Development
Phase I of the Bingham Crossing Shopping Centre will comprise 270,000 square feet of mixed retail shopping and professional services, together with a senior’s residence, on 80 acres of fully serviced commercial lands.
The leasing program is progressing apace and the project is attracting many new and innovative retailers. The Phase II site, consisting of 20 acres with highway frontage has been approved for big-box development.
Future phases of the project will be built on the remaining lands, potentially accommodating up to 900,000 square feet of retail, commercial and residential development when complete.
